Events | Last week, Anas Fehli and Aurélien Pillet had the privilege of representing the KliK Foundation during an impactful mission to Casablanca and Rabat, contributing to two high-level events that underscored Morocco’s leadership in climate action and carbon market development.

Newsletter | The KliK Foundation participated in several side events at COP29 to share its experiences with stakeholders involved in climate action under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement. At COP29, important decisions were taken on Articles 6.2 and 6.4, which have a concrete impact on further cooperation to achieve climate goals.

Events | The COP29 side event on Article 6.2 Implementation for High Integrity gathered global experts to discuss the progress, challenges, and strategies for ensuring robust cooperative approaches in carbon markets.

Blog | On 17 October 2024 the KliK Foundation and the Ghana Carbon Market Office (CMO) organised a joint event to present Article 6.2 activities developed under the Ghana-Switzerland climate cooperation. A total of 11 activity owners presented their greenhouse gas mitigation activities to the invited guests. The event offered the opportunity to exchange views on climate protection and financing options.

Newsletter | The KliK Foundation will participate as an observer organization in the upcoming COP29. We look forward to discussing with interested parties the development of greenhouse gas mitigation activities under Article 6.2 (Paris Agreement) in countries with a bilateral climate agreement or in active negotiations with Switzerland. Together with Japan, A6IP/IGES, GEC and Switzerland, the KliK Foundation will host an official Side Event on November 16 on high integrity in Article 6.2 implementation.
